When will my Order be shipped?
If you’ve made your order during normal business hours Monday-Friday BEFORE 2PM, we will ship it out using Royal Mail First Class post. This will ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the following day.
Do you offer International shipping?
We currently ship to the following countries;
UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland.
If your country is not listed please contact us for options.
What are your Shipping Charges?
UK standard shipping is £2. All orders over £25 is free shipping
Will All My Items be shipped in One Delivery?
Whenever possible we will ship your entire order in one delivery, but our main goal is to get you your order as quickly as possible. If we must ship parts of your order separately we will let you know.
What if I Want to Return my Order?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it in most cases for a full refund. All items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt and arrive in new condition.
Can I Exchange My Purchase for Another Item?
If you want to make a change to your order before it has shipped you can simply call us at 01845 565 385 or make the changes right online. If the order has already shipped you will have to first return the purchase and then request that the refunded money is applied to your new purchase
